Looking for an acerage property within 1.5 hours or less to the city of Edmonton. Im open to pretty much anything as long as there is room for 4 beds and a decent yard. Hoping to avoid a cistern and sewage holding tank. I am a mom with 3 little ones and 2 big dogs who just wants my family to be away from the city. Currently living rurally but the land lord is going to be selling, its not our forever home. Pre approval has already been approved for 400k but I am very much hoping to stay around the 300/350 mark.
