Want to buy bulk 7.62x54r (Heavy projectiles prefered)

As the title states I'm looking for bulk 7.62x54r. I'm more so looking for cartridges with heavy projectiles 174gr to 203gr. Like Barnaul, PPU or corrosive surplus heavy ball is fine aswell. Hoping to buy in bulk.

I'll pay handsomely for d166 projectiles.
