Brown Faux Leather Tub Style Accent Chair. Does have a little wear on the seat due to its age but otherwise is in excellent condition. No rips, tears or fading. Senior is downsizing so this chair needs a new home. Very comfortable and great for reading a book in. Seat is 16 inches from the floor and 23 inches across at the widest point. The back is 34 1/2 inches tall and the arms are 26" across. Wipe with a dry, clean cloth to remove dust and loose dirt. Pick up is in Edmonton Mill Wood's just off 50 Street & The Henday.
