The 110 Apex Storm comes with a synthetic sporter-style stock that adjusts for length-of-pull. Savage Arm's AccuTrigger® is user adjustable to obtain a light, crisp release with no creep; and a lever mounted within the trigger body blocks the sear unless the trigger is intentionally pressed in the center. The basic bolt design ensures that the locking lugs fully contact the receiver, holding the headspace to a minimum every time the bolt is locked. The tight headspace contributes to the excellent accuracy Savage Arms rifles are known for. The stainless steel barrel features precision button-rifling. The Savage 110 Apex Storm XP bolt-action rifle boasts a 3-position receiver tang safety that's easy to reach with your thumb and allows the rifle to be loaded and unloaded in the safe position.
