Just in time for Xmas, 1 baby pineapple conure (4 months old) left for sale.
Not sure what sex it is, as getting a conure sexed means a trip to the vet for a blood test. That is the only way to tell male or female.
This bird has been tamed somewhat. He/she is very social and loves to spend time with you. He/she likes to ride around on your shoulder, and will take food from your hand. We have clipped his/her flight feathers for his own safety so he/she couldn't fly too high.
This bird has a lifespan of 15-30 years! Owning a conure is a very long and involved commitment. They require a LOT of attention and patience, and they will love you back as much as you love them. If you do not have or are unwilling to provide the time, and give this baby it's forever home full of love, attention and proper care, please please please do not reply to the ad. Also, please do not buy this as a gift for a friend or loved one unless you are sure they are willing to make the commitment. Conures are very loud and vocal, especially when they want attention, and may not be suitable for apartment buildings or shared accommodations.
Bird will come with a large bag of food, various treats, digestion grit and grit paper, and a couple toys. Cage is not included.
We would prefer to find this feathered friend a new home before Xmas, as some birds related to the parrot family tend to bond strongly with only 1-2 people in their lives. So we are now open to serious offers.
