Services received:

Had my barrel threaded and purchased a custom muzzle break for my .300 win mag from these guys. I got quoted $280, plus I paid gas for them to pick up the rifle ($40). I then decided to spend an additional $75 to have them sight my rifle in. ($355 + $40 in gas was total)

Experience:

I was less than happy with not only the quality of product, but the quality of customer service as well. My first bone to pick is, I paid for my rifle to be sighted in however it never was. I was told my scope was “faulty” and he couldn’t sight it in, so I offered to arrange to bring him a new scope instead and he agreed but only if an additional cost of $75 was paid. Not one shot was fired out of the rifle in an attempt to sight it, I supplied 10rnds and received all back... so I didn’t feel it was fair I had to pay the additional $75 fee to have it sighted in when I already paid $75 for them to do so. My second problem was with the product itself, the muzzle break had metal spurs left all over it same with the barrel and I believe he was slightly intoxicated when I picked my rifle up.. which for many reasons made me uncomfortable.

Quality of product/services:

The muzzle break dose work, and threads onto the barrel pretty nicely. After the spurs were cleaned up, it wasn’t a bad product and dose do it’s job. I’d recommended better customer service, I had to fight with him to get a estimate on when it would be done by, so then when I told him what would work for me he said “you either work on my time or were done”. Tighter quality control once a product is finished as well. Aside from the spurs left over, the product was pretty solid and it worked but when you spend almost $400 you don’t want to be cleaning metal spurs out your muzzle break.
