Paid a 200$ deposit on an x95 that was coming in maybe in 6 months. Rifle was not being held just a deposit so if and when they came in I would get one. A couple weeks later my local dealer got one in and I purchased it. Messaged about the return of my deposit for over a month woth no reply. Finally got a reply stating it's non refundable as it's a deposit to hold a rifle. You didn't have a rifle to hold and would be out no money by returning my deposit. I was told we can send you 200$ worth of ammo...ok so your willing to send me product worth 200$ but not the 200$ that I sent you that you haven't used for anything other then holding a rifle you don't have or know of your even getting? Absolutely poor costumer service. So ok I'll take the ammo cause this is obviously a battle I'm not going to win. 3 months later, still no ammo in the mail.
Buy from a reputable dealer, not some halfway house from downtown Vancouver that doesn't even have a website. Also, I had deposits for the same rifle at 2 other dealers, both returned deposit with no issues.
