House for Rent

I have a nice clean two bedroom bungalow with an attached wide single garage available on my farm in Salt Prairie for rent. With Lesser Slave Lake just 20 minutes away, and a 30 minute commute to High Prairie, this is an ideal spot for a working professional or retired person or couple. The area is very peaceful and tranquil, and the house is tucked into the trees and sheltered from the wind. Access to crown land is easy, which lends itself to hunting, exploring, and ATV use. The house has minimal furniture but does include a washer, dryer, and portable dishwasher. Electricity and Natural Gas is included in the rent. It has it’s own sewer system and 1500 gallon cistern, and the renter will be responsible for hauling their own water or having it delivered from the Grouard water treatment plant 6 miles away. I have a trailer with 550 gallon tank also available for use. There is access to satellite tv and Internet systems should you wish to open an account through the service providers. Cell phone service is through Rogers or PhoneBox, which is a reseller of Rogers with much better rates for the area. References are required, and a security deposit of $1700 is payable with the first months rent. Rent is $1700 by the month with 30 days notice required for vacating. I would prefer no pets, but may be open to negotiation. The house is available April 1 and viewing appointments can be made for anytime after March 20th. A signed lease agreement will be required with monthly or yearly terms.
