Offering Building Maintenance Services - Regular or Ad Hoc

I have been involved in renovation and new build work for a good portion of my career and am offering building maintenance services, whether it is regular inspections and check ups or one off fixes as needed. Commercial or residential buildings. On call, part time, whatever is required my schedule can usually accommodate. I will consider general labour work as well.
