Key Position Functions:
-Provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices.
-Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of company products and/or services.
-Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for thermal wellhead and gate valve equipment and service requirements.
-Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage.
-Ensure Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Deliveries (SD) are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system.
-Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system.
-Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions.
-Create and design wellhead quotations including drawings in a timely manner.
-Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and Internal customers.
-Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records.
-Work in conjunction with other groups and members such as Edmonton Inside Sales and Calgary Sales for quotes and project-based equipment.
-Assist with annual inventory count.
-On call responsibilities.
-Perform other related duties as required.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:
-Minimum of a High School Diploma. Related post-secondary/technical diploma is an asset.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience.
-Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations preferred.
-Familiarity with manufacturing process and Engineering drawings and specifications is an asset.
-High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software such as SAP.
-AutoCAD experience preferred.
-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication (oral and written), problem solving and organizational skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be accurate with a high attention to detail.
