Cost Plus Explained:
Cost-plus, as used in our contracts, is a method whereas the Client will pay direct for all materials and other services as specified, saving them the extra cost of mark-ups typically charged. We supply full planning and assistance in procuring them, however as part of our contract. A cost-plus contract gives you more flexibility in what you might want to manage yourself or have a contractor provide with the savings passed on to you.
