Action glass bedded and pillar bedded with Devcon Steel Epoxy.
Rifle shoots 0.25" - 0.35" at 100 yards with variety of hand loads.
(Table, bipod and rear bag). See one of my test targets. 100yds, each square is 1/2"
Favors Sierra SMK 69 with couple different powders.
I have a load recipe where this 69 gr bullet travels at ~3000 fps.
Leopold steel one-piece base. Did not want to break the Loctite to verify but if I remember correctly the base is 20MOA.
