The box is indented stamped TYPE 315H on the bottom edge on the inside of the door. The inside of the door has complete wiring schematic. The back panel also is marked 315 H.
Metal crank on the right outside side of the box. The CHROME bells ring when cranked,
The box is in great shape. The front cover has a decal “THE NORTHERN ELECTRICAL MANUFACTURING CO LTD” . The decal is showing its age. It is readable & recognizable and is in great shape for its vintage.
The volume is adjustable by moving bell arms closer or farther from the clapper's resting position.
Magneto appears to be in great condition.
There is no apparent mold or mildew on the cloth wiring, winding insulation or wooden cabinet, Gongs & Ringer.
Measures approximately 9 x 7 x 6 1/2 inches.
