The Scheduler, reporting to the Production Manager, is responsible for the entry of information on all Lottery games to ensure process flow from the printing plants, through finishing, shipment and delivery and tracking of all product within the facility.
The Scheduler must be able to work in a fast pace, deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of flexibility to allow for unexpected changes in production, finishing, and shipment.
Functioning as a direct liaison between the Corporate Scheduling, Marketing and Manufacturing, the Scheduler will review and revise the status of games scheduled daily and schedule new games in a timely manner for finishing and shipment.


• Schedule games and enter the daily scheduling of games for production in applicable system (DiMS Scheduling), daily data collection, and ensure Interplant Checklists for all games designated for finishing in the plant are current and complete to warrant an uninterrupted supply of games with their specific materials – cartons, inserts, labels, shrink-film, etc.
• Check production specs to ensure that data entry of information reflects the customer specifications (DiMS Finishing)
• Work with the Production Manager to ensure that manpower resources are identified as required to ensure the completion of games
• Participate in weekly scheduling meetings with all departments involved in the production of games
• Other duties as assigned


• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent GED
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse operations experience would be an asset
• Ability to self-motivated to complete tasks / projects without direct supervision and to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate written and verbally to present information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to handle multiple tasks
• Analytical detailed and results oriented
• Advanced MS office and excellent data entry skills
