DEER HUNTERS!!! MEAT & BONE GRINDER

OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS...NEED GONE!
I bought this RED GOAT meat & bone grinder from a butcher shop. He had bought Two at reduced price & used only the one. I paid $3500. He said it was ready to go, but when I brought it home I realized it needed the plug-in put on and it can only be used on a 220 outlet. Or so I was told.
